Anyone can explain about karmic connection?

I know this person and i feel like I have some kind of connection with him.Is it possible for one person to feel the karmic connection and the other person not to deeply realize the connection? I feel like there is something that is keep connecting us because we can easily avoid each other but even when we try to do so somehow we are connected to each other.
