Explain theses tarot....only experienced readers please?

Im learning tarot.i am still a little skeptical of my readings.my friend asked if a relationship would deepen and turn romantic...she pulled a queen of cups,next(middle)nine of cups,and last,the queen of pentacles.id say its a positive spread,but perhaps she has to get to know herself deeper before the relationship with this man get deeper and romantic. what do you think.im not trying to be lazy,i just want the interpetation from an experienced tarot card reader....
