Whats a good sub with good rms"400+" and great sensitivity 90+db? SUBWOOFER HELP!!!?

I'm on a budget around 100 bucks or so....im looking for 1 12" sub that can take the power of my Hifonics bxi1210D....I'm thinking of Kenwood KFC-XW1224D and running at 2ohms from the amp which would be 900watts rms, pushing each voice coil at 450 watts rms. would that be good or should I do 4ohms from the amp, pushing each voice at 225 watts rms? If neither whats a good sub with good rms and really good Sensitivity 90+db. please let me know thanks!!!
