Social phobia. no close relationships. being misanthropic.?

I have no friends or acquaintances. I see two family members regularly and although they are not close relationships we get along. I typically am uninterested in other people, or angered,disgusted, or intimidated by them. I am strange in that Im misanthropic and also have social phobia. I feel a little scared this will deepen as I age, Im only 18 now, and feel it is impossible for me to have a genuine close relationship. im always only angry or scared around people even my family. advice......especially if you are/were like this?
