Can I Make it so that one person in paticular Can't Read My Tweets On Twitter?

There's an ex-girlfriend i have who i prefer to not be able to read my tweets. It's not that I'm being mean it's just that i Think she might try to use my Twitter Against me Somehow. Please Help
