My penis is still small im 16?

i started puberty really early when i was like 9-10 yrs old i had pubic hair and my voice deepened when i was like 11-12, although i don't really have as much facial hair as the average guy but i have something lol and my penis has always been the same size is skinny and sometimes 1 inch flaccid sometimes 1.5 ,when erect 3.5 inches what should i do ? how do i know if i'll still grow? would i ?? it sucks to be in this boat if theirs anybody out their who has been in this situation and did grow after 16 please speak up. thanks
