Replacing birth certificate & citizenship certificate?

I lost all my proof of ID, and I need to replace it all somehow. I was wondering how I am to go about doing this, and how long it may take? And fees? I have my social insurance number, and I hear I can have a relative vouch for me or something? Who should I call and where should I go? I live in Calgary, AB.
