Why are the rashes not going away?

I have these rashes on my face which are below my glasses, between my eyes and my ears on both sides of my face. At first I thought it was because of my period but I don't think it is anymore cause it doesn't seem to be going away. I went to the dermatologist and she gave me an eczema cream for my body as well as my face but the eczema on my body looks nothing like the ones on my face. Therefore making me think they're just rashes. It tends to get itchy and I have been washing my face with oatmeal to reduce the redness which kind of worked but the redness came back yesterday. I try to keep my hair away from my face so it won't get irritated but it still does. How do I get my rashes away somehow?
