Smoking throat problems?

i had a lot more ciggarettes than im used to a week ago and i fealt sick. i went home and slept but my throat started to hurt really badly. the next day i had bronchitous like symptoms (cough, feaver, ect.) ive been smoking a little bit since then but i fully stopped yesterday. the weird thing that happened was my voice is deepened and when i try to go higher pitched it just feels like theres something clogging it. i think what it is irratated my throat and the mucus draning to heal it is causing broncitous. how can i cure this? btw i know smokings bad i quit, im looking only for help treating it now.
